The Data Institute of Societal Challenges hosted a lecture on The Power of Visual Analytics presented by Wolfgang Jentner.
Jentner is a senior research associate at the Data Analysis and Visualization Group at the University of Konstanz in Germany. He is involved in and manages more than ten large third-party-funded projects focusing on criminal investigation, critical infrastructures, and public health.
During the lecture, Jentner discussed visual analytics combined with human domain knowledge with AI and machine learning through interactive visual interfaces.
