Anne re-joined the ECEI in February 2022. As one of the Institute's bilingual RAs, she conducts child assessments and classroom observations for the CAP Tulsa Research Partnership. She previously worked as a bilingual Research Associate and Trainer for the ECEI from 2013–2021.
