OPEN POSITIONS:
Senior Research Associate
We are recruiting an applied research scholar to assume a leadership role, working with local partners, state organizations, and national research network partners. The Senior Research Associate will serve as a principal investigator and collaborator, supervise research staff, and actively pursue grants and contracts. We are seeking candidates who have a demonstrated record of publishing, and proficiency in research methods, data visualization, and writing.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Child Development, Early Childhood, Psychology, or a related field, and experience working in research-practice partnerships.

The Early Childhood Education Institute (ECEI) is an applied research center focused on understanding and advancing access and opportunity for young children and families.
Situated on the campus of The University of Oklahoma at Tulsa, we engage in research-practice partnerships, bringing expertise in early care and education, the early childhood workforce, and cutting-edge approaches to inform practices and policies leading to thriving children, families, and communities. We partner with local community organizations, state agencies and national researchers from affiliated fields to infuse multiple and interdisciplinary perspectives.
