Biweekly Pay Transition - 9-Month Faculty

Timeline:

Fall 2023: Communicate to faculty - email communication, present at Faculty Senate, host regular town halls specific to faculty beginning in October.
October 2023: Email communication to individual faculty to specify which group they are in and the details of their transition.
April 2024: Email reminder about details of transition.
August 2024: Transition 9-month academic positions (includes 9/9 and 9/12 faculty)

Payday Schedule for August 2024 Transition:

9/9 Positions:

05/31/24: Last monthly paycheck for approximately half month of May and last paycheck of the 2023-2024 contract cycle
9/06/24: First biweekly paycheck for the pay period 08/10/24 - 08/23/24 and first paycheck of the 2024-2025 contract cycle

9/12 Positions - Contract Renews 8/1:

07/31/24: Last regular monthly paycheck for last payment of 2023-24 contract
08/23/24: First biweekly paycheck for the 2024-2025 contract pay cycle for your pay group (9/12 faculty with contract renewal date of 08/01)
09/06/24: First biweekly paycheck for the pay period 08/10/24 - 08/23/24

9/12 Positions - Contract Renews 8/16:

08/16/24: Last monthly paycheck for ~half month of August and last paycheck of the 2023-2024 contract cycle (note that this paycheck is typically issued on 8/31)
09/06/24: First biweekly paycheck for the pay period 08/10/24 - 08/23/24 and first paycheck of the 2024-2025 contract cycle
