Noble Microscopy Lab (NML)

The NML building includes the SRNML conference room, personnel offices, and a number of labs for sample preparation. The primary entrance is access through George Lynn Cross Hall. Find the elevators and come up to the second floor. Upon exiting the elevator turn right and you’ll see the doors to the SRNML.

Access is controlled with Sooner Card. Phone numbers for SRNML personnel are posted on the door, please text or call to have someone meet you. OU and OUHSC users, send your University ID# to any SRNML personnel to have your card added. For frequent visitors, setting up Mobile Sooner Card access using your phone/smartwatch, etc. is recommended.

Additionally, there is an entrance with a stairway facing the main oval behind the north end of GLCH: Entrances to the NML building (PDF).

Parking

The Samuel Roberts Noble Microscopy Laboratory is located to the west of the Asp Street parking garage attached to the OU football stadium (Owens Field). The parking lot can be accessed by travelling north on Asp from Lindsey St., in between Elm to the west and Jenkins to the east. The parking garage features pay stations on the 2nd level and faculty-staff parking on levels 3 and 4.  If arrangements are made, we also have visitor parking passes to share so you can park in the Visitor spaces.
