Prof. Bannet teaches courses on British and trans-Atlantic British-American literature during the Enlightenment, on British women's writing, and on literary and cultural studies. She assigns a fairly heavy work load in all her courses, because she wants students to be able think for themselves on an informed basis, and to develop their reading and writing skills.
