Lacy joined the ECEI in August 2025. As the ECEI’s Data Analyst, Lacy oversees the ECEl's data sources and systems, data security protocols and data governance, manages the overall database environment, and works closely with IT staff on all campuses. She will work across all projects at the Institute.
