Full-Time Research Associate (Bilingual) 

The ECEI is searching for a full-time bilingual Research Associate to join our Educare Implementation Study team. This position will work closely with Educare staff, children, and families, to evaluate children’s development and classroom practices. Duties include conducting child assessments, classroom observations, collecting staff and family surveys and interviews, and assisting the PI and project director with all other project related duties. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of research, early childhood education, or social service experience. This position is bilingual preferred; some overnight travel may be required. The starting salary for this position is $45,000 per year; the position comes with full benefits. Estimated start date is February 9, 2026.
