Session Descriptions

This year’s conference theme is “Exploring the Complexity of Workplace Culture”. Our focus for the conference is to address the challenges by analyzing workplace culture through three different lenses:

  • Generational Differences
  • Working with Diverse Cultures
  • The Transition from College to the Workforce

Attendees will gain valuable knowledge on successfully managing these complexities through panelists and speakers, engaging in conversations surrounding these topics, and by building their professional network with other attendees. We hope to inspire our attendees to translate what they learn from the conference into their professional careers.
