The JCPenney Leadership Program is hosting their annual Women in Business Leadership Conference on Friday, November 22 in the Thurman J. White Forum Building. Registration and breakfast begin at 8:30am, the conference will start promptly at 9am, and end at 1pm. The conference will begin with our keynote speaker, and then attendees will have the opportunity to attend two breakout panel sessions followed by a networking lunch.
This year’s theme is “Exploring the Complexity of Workplace Culture”. Our focus for the conference is to address the challenges by analyzing workplace culture through three different lenses: generational differences, working with diverse cultures, and the transition from college to the workforce. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge on successfully managing these complexities through panelists and speakers, engaging in conversations surrounding these topics, and by building their professional network with other attendees. We hope to inspire our attendees to translate what they learn from the conference into their professional careers.
