Professional Development Outreach Team
The Professional Development Outreach Team (PDOT) in the JCPenney Leadership Program is available to assist your organization in developing and strengthening their business skills through a variety of professional development workshops. These workshops will give the audience tools necessary to enhance their professional careers with an emphasis on becoming effective leaders. Each hour-long session is led by two experienced peer trainers who are students in the Michael F. Price College of Business and trained within the JCPenney Leadership Center. All presentations are free of charge, and workshops are offered in both the in-person and virtual Zoom formats.

- Interviewing Techniques and Developing Your Me Speech
- Effective Business Correspondence
- Creating Resumes, LinkedIn Profiles and Digital Business Cards
