Professional Development Outreach Team
The Professional Development Outreach Team (PDOT) in the JCPenney Leadership Program is available to assist your organization in developing and strengthening business skills. We offer a variety of professional development topics to create a customized workshop that will give your organization tools necessary to enhance their professional careers. Each session is typically an hour-long and led by experienced peer trainers who are students in the Michael F. Price College of Business and trained within the JCPenney Leadership Center. All presentations are free of charge, and workshops are offered in both the in-person and virtual Zoom formats.

- Interviewing Techniques and Developing Your Me Speech
- Effective Business Correspondence
- Creating Resumes and LinkedIn Profiles
