Biweekly Pay Transition - Staff and 12-Month Academic Positions

Timeline

The timeline below considers a number of factors that minimize the impact to employees:

Spring/Summer 2023: Begin communicating to campus partners
November 2023: New salaried employees hired into biweekly payroll group, instead of hiring them in as monthly paid employees
April 2024: Transition salaried staff and 12-month academic appointments

Payday Schedule for April 2024 Transition

4/20/24: The first biweekly pay period begin date
4/30/24: Last monthly paycheck for April 1^st – 19^th
5/3/24: Leave conversion payout (up to 80 hours) - optional
5/17/24: First biweekly paycheck for the pay period ending 05/03/2024
