“If Gaylord hasn’t found you, find us because it will be so rewarding to you to give of your time and talents to the students,” Gaylord alumna Pattye Moore said. Moore graduated from OU in December 1979 with a B.A. in public relations and as a member of PRSSA. She attributes her interest in journalism to her high school newspaper adviser and fellow Gaylord College donor, Barbara Sessions.

No, I preferred to be pacing the sidelines, white notepad in hand, observing the scene, working to capture every facet of the team’s essence down to the most minute details. But never in my wildest imagination did I think I would be doing this at the collegiate level and for a D1 team with such a rich program history.
