Research Focus

My primary area of research expertise is biomechanics, and my research focuses on measuring human motion, with a specific focus on injury and clinical rehabilitation. I have also developed expertise in the scholarship of technology enhanced learning, hosting several international workshops on online instruction in higher education. I am not accepting PhD students at this time.

Service & Outreach

I enjoy placing time into a variety of service roles with several international societies. I served as Vice President, (Publications) for ISBS from 2014-2021 and support the Black Biomechanists Association (Communications and Funding Sub Committees), the International Women in Biomechanics Group (Communications Subcommittee) and the Advancing Women in Biomechanics Group.
