Biography

Dr. Connie Dillon

Dr. Connie Dillon is a Professor of Adult Education and Distance Learning in the Adult and Higher Education program in the College of Education at the University of Oklahoma. She teaches graduate courses in the theory and practice of distance education, telecommunications, program planning, and adult learning. She is also Director of the Research Center for Continuing Professional and Higher Education, where she specializes in distance learning research. She has experience in distance learning as an administrator, teacher, evaluator, and researcher. She has been recognized for outstanding research in distance learning by the National University Continuing Education Assn. and for outstanding teaching by the University of Oklahoma Student Association.
