Incoming Freshman- Getting Started Sooner
- Complete the Admissions checklist including submitting your enrollment deposit.
- Go to ONE.ou.edu to access your student account. Charges and credits incurred during the month are billed on the last day of each month.
- Authorize parents and any additional users you choose to view you your billing statement as well as pay on your student account. Please note: Separate authorization required for 1098T access is found here. For more detailed instructions on how to authorize users, please click here.
- Sign-up for eRefund and receive eligible refunds directly to the bank account of your choice! Instructions on how to set up eRefunds can be found here (pdf).
- Pay in full by Sep. 25 and Feb. 25 for the fall and spring terms, respectively, to avoid paying service charges and late penalties. A per-semester payment plan is available at 18% APR. Pay online with an eCheck or credit card. A convenience fee is added to each credit card transaction.
