Sooner Rose Program

OU has partnered with Rose State College to create the Sooner Rose Program (SRP), with courses that offer basic and intermediate preparation for college level requisites. Courses available include:

• English

• Developmental Mathematics

• Reading

• Introduction to University Experience

Students who enroll in SRP courses pay Rose State College tuition and fees through OU and all financial aid is processed at OU. Resident tuition and fees for SRP courses total $287.45 per credit hour. Non-resident tuition and fees total $500.00 per credit hour. SRP courses are not part of OU's flat-rate tuition and are not eligible for summer banked hours.

Students enrolled in 12 or more credit hours, including SRP courses, will be considered full-time OU students and thus eligible for benefits and services available to all OU students. SRP courses are transcripted by Rose State College and appear as transfer work on the OU transcript.
