The growing department of Psychiatry at the OU-TU School of Community Medicine and OU Health Physicians in Tulsa seeks candidates in general psychiatry, child psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, and addiction psychiatry at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level. Applicants must be board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (or board eligible with recent completion of an ACGME accredited residency or fellowship) and eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Oklahoma. Primary responsibilities will include patient care, resident and student teaching, and participation in scholarly activities.

The OU-TU School of Community Medicine is a regional campus of the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine, in partnership with the University of Tulsa. Seven residency programs and 6 sub-specialty fellowship programs are offered at the school. The OU Health Physicians Tulsa practice offers a full range of care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. A competitive salary and an excellent benefits package are offered.

Highlighted Position: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Primary responsibilities will include clinical care and teaching in the partial hospital, outpatient and/or consult settings, and includes the supervision of psychiatry residents and child psychiatry fellows. Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and a graduate of an ACGME accredited residency program. Preferred qualifications include experience as a faculty member in an academic setting, including the teaching and clinical supervision of residents or child psychiatry fellows; however, candidates without such experience are also encouraged to apply.
