Raymond Kirkes, Security Manager
Raymond Kirkes has been with OU-Tulsa for 18 years and has 10 years previous experience in the field of security. Raymond served 8 years as a Military Policeman in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. He is also a member of the OU-Tulsa Behavioral Intervention Team.
