Campus Culture Brainstorm Event Scheduled for Nov. 10
OU-Tulsa faculty, staff and students are invited to a campus culture brainstorming session scheduled from 4 pm until 6 pm, Wednesday, Nov. 10 in Founders Hall in the Schusterman Learning Center. This come and go session will allow members of the OU-Tulsa family to share and discuss ideas that are important to them in relation to the OU-Tulsa campus culture. Feedback from this brainstorming session will be used to develop the campus culture section of the OU-Tulsa strategic plan.
The casual event will include door prizes every 30 minutes, refreshments and opportunities to share what is important to each participant. Attendees are encouraged to stay to share input or to just drop by to give feedback on ideas that have been shared. Organizers are hopeful this time frame will allow employees to stop by at the end of the day and allow evening students to attend prior to classes starting.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in group discussions and individually highlight ideas that are important to them.
Areas of focus will include:
o Campus Amenities/Improvements- Ideas such as campus green space usage, public art, walking trails, study areas, meeting spaces, etc.
o Activities- Events that happen on campus such as welcome back week, wellness week, staff week, etc.
