The Jeanine Rainbolt College of Education at OU-Tulsa promotes inquiry and practices that are fundamental to the interrelated activities of teaching, research, and practice in the multidisciplinary field of education. We prepare our students for impactful careers and meaningful lives through initiatives that address the contemporary educational environment in areas including recruiting and retaining teachers, facilitating online teaching, and fostering leadership development.
Our programs foster the insights and skills needed to deal with the most pressing challenges facing the education profession today. We offer six degrees in two general fields of study: Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum and Educational Administration, Curriculum Supervision.
Advancing quality in early childhood through research, evaluation and outreach. The Early Childhood Education Institute (ECEI) at OU-Tulsa strives to advance and support early childhood programming and policies by generating, disseminating, and applying meaningful research.
The Leadership and Policy Center for Thriving Schools and Communities at the University of Oklahoma seeks to provide relevant and effective school leadership development programs of the highest quality to meet the needs of our constituents in the Tulsa area.
