MS4 Scheduling
Required Curriculum:
Geriatrics- 4 weeks
Capstone- 4 weeks
Electives- 26 weeks (4 weeks of which must be approved Sub-Internship)
Interview block- 4 weeks (must be taken from October – January, can be split up in two 2 week blocks)
Unscheduled time- 6 weeks (can be taken at any time in 2 week blocks)
All 4th year schedules are picked via shell templates and assigned random number, same as in 3rd year.
Students are given a list of available electives (OKC electives available on Hippocrates). All rotations will be coordinated through Tammy.
VSAS-Visiting Student Application System-used to schedule off campus rotations with the exception of OKC rotation.
ERAS-Electronic Residency Application System-application system used to send applications to residency programs.
NRMP-National Residency Match Program (R3)-system used to “match” students and residency programs.
