If you are a Norman Campus researcher planning to conduct a sponsored program involving a clinical trial with human participants, please note that your Institutional Review Board (IRB) application must be submitted to the OUHSC IRB rather than the Norman Campus IRB. The two IRB’s have a reciprocal review policy, meaning the HSC IRB approval will suffice for your Norman Campus IRB requirements.
