Leading with Purpose: Creating Positive Change in Business and Beyond
When: March 7, 2025 | 9am - 1pm
The JCPenney Leadership Program is hosting their annual Parker Leadership Conference on Friday, March 7, 2025, in the Thurman J. White Forum Building. Registration and breakfast begin at 8:30, and the conference will start promptly at 9am and end at 1pm after a networking lunch.
The conference will begin with opening remarks from our conference’s namesake, Ken Parker, followed by a keynote speaker who will also provide a review of the case study. This case study will be sent to registered conference attendees the week of the conference. After the keynote speech and overview of the case study, the attendees will participate in group breakout sessions where they will evaluate and discuss the importance and process for creating positive change in business and beyond. Each breakout session will be facilitated by various leaders in the tech industry.
