Mike Beckham

Daniel Pullin, President of Texas Christian University

In 2019, Pullin joined TCU as the John V. Roach Dean of the Neeley School of Business and over the next four years, Neeley experienced dynamic faculty and staff growth and curriculum innovation, earned increased national visibility and rankings, realized development success and implemented a commitment to community excellence. Prior to joining TCU, Pullin was the Dean of the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma, where he also served as university vice president. Before transitioning to higher education, Pullin worked for global consultancy McKinsey & Company and the private equity firm Hicks Muse Tate & Furst and its portfolio companies.

Honored as one of Fort Worth, lnc.’s 400 Most Influential People in Fort Worth and D CEO Magazine’s 500 Most Influential Business Leaders in North Texas, President Pullin has won several awards for teaching, innovation in business and academic integrity. He is committed to civic and higher education leadership, serving on the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership Executive Council, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Dallas Regional Chamber Board of Advisors and is a member of Valliance Bank Board. He actively engages with higher education leadership groups, including Big 12 Conference presidents, Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT), Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB), the Education Advisory Board (EAB) University Presidents Roundtable and the CCI University Presidents Roundtable.

Pullin earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma and MBA from Harvard Business School before returning to OU to earn a Juris Doctor. President Pullin and his wife, Ann Bluntzer Pullin, Ph.D., are avid sports fans and enjoy attending TCU fine arts and athletic events with their children.

Blake Bowersock

Kadon Le is a Business Development Analyst at Devon Energy in Oklahoma City where he specializes in Merger and Acquisitions and Business Intelligence. He has a strong passion for energy and the global necessity of providing affordable, reliable, and secure electricity. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in Finance and Energy Management and a minor in Geology. During his time at OU, he was involved in the First Fidelity Integrated Business Core program, the JCPenney Leadership Program, and the Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth.

 

Nikiel Kim

Mandy Hansen is first senior vice president and managing director of private banking for the Oklahoma City, Houston and San Antonio markets. Mandy has 25 years of banking, accounting and finance experience. She and her team specialize in assisting high-net-worth individuals with their financial needs. Since joining MidFirst in 2006, Mandy has been a loan officer and served in leadership roles in private banking, product management, and customer experience, working closely with consumer banking, marketing, operations, and compliance. Mandy is a CPA and holds a Bachelors of Accountancy and BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Mandy graduated with academic distinction from OU, where she was active in the Price College of Business as President of Beta Alpha Psi, and a member of the JCPenney Leadership Program, Finance Club and Accounting Club. Mandy was also selected to speak at the Price College of Business convocation in December 2000 on behalf of the Bachelor candidates. After graduating from OU, Mandy began her career in Houston with Arthur Andersen, then worked as an audit manager for global accounting firm, KMPG LLP.  Mandy is active in the community and has served on the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Executive Board and Chair of the Peaceful Family Oklahoma Gala. Mandy has served as board president and Pink Tie Ball chair for Susan G. Komen for Central and Western Oklahoma, on the boards for Junior League of Oklahoma City as Speaker Series and Mistletoe Market treasurer. Mandy is a member of the Leadership Oklahoma City Signature Program Class 32 and has received been named in the Journal Record’s Achievers under 40 and the Oklahoma Magazine’s 40 under 40. Her hobbies include spending time with family, playing golf and Mahjong and traveling.

 

J.C. Fischer

J.C. is an Associate Partner in the Dallas office of McKinsey, which he joined full-time in 2018. He works on solving public sector operations problems with a focus on procurement and industrial base challenges within the U.S. Department of Defense. J.C. is also a member of the McKinsey Negotiations Institute, where he teaches executive courses on negotiations and advises clients on negotiating strategy.

Before joining McKinsey, J.C. spent the bulk of his career in sports, spanning roles from a graduate assistant coach of the men’s basketball team at Stanford to working on front office and team culture with an NBA team to the collective bargaining negotiations team in MLB's Labor Relations Department.

J.C. Fischer earned his JD from Stanford Law School and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.

He is married to Andi Fischer (also an OU and JCPenney alum and member of the McKinsey Dallas office), and has two children: Cato and Diana. J.C. loves to shoot hoops and play pickup ball, golfs every weekend (often with Andi!), and cooks often, especially after building an outdoor kitchen and smoker setup from scratch for their home.

Austin Kipp

Renata Kukowski is the Vice President of College at Fanatics. In her role, she oversees a variety of college initiatives, including Fanatics’ NIL strategy and Topps’ college partnerships, and she sits on the core cross-functional team supporting Fanatics’ college licensing partnerships with Nike.

Renata began her career in sports right after college, landing a spot in the NFL’s inaugural rotational program in 2006 and spending time in Fan Strategy, International, Innovation and Partnership Marketing. At the conclusion of the program, she was hired full-time on the Partnership Marketing team before moving back to Oklahoma to serve as the Director of Trademark Licensing, and eventually Assistant Athletics Director of Branding & Licensing, at The University of Oklahoma.

After leaving OU, and prior to her time at Fanatics, Renata served as the Senior Vice President at Top of the World, where she oversaw the licensing, marketing and social responsibility teams.

Outside of her full-time job, Renata is an adjunct professor in Price College and has taught an undergraduate class on intellectual property and licensing in sports for 12 years. She and her husband, Tory, have been married for eight years and are parents to two fur babies, Biscuit and Bella. They love good food and exploring the world. Renata is also a certified yoga instructor and teaches several weekly classes at SPACE Yoga in Norman.

Leading with Purpose: Philanthropy and Integrity

Robby Riggs

Josh Robinson is the Assistant to the CEO at Simple Modern, a company recognized for its philanthropic model and commitment to purpose-driven business. In his role, he works closely with executive leadership to enhance strategic focus and organizational impact. A 2023 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and is an alumnus of the JCPenney Leadership Program. He also works in college ministry and has a passion for integrity-centered leadership, giving him a unique perspective on conversations at the intersection of business, generosity, and personal values.

Rebecca Miller

Colby Brown is a graduate of the Michael F. Price College of Business and an alumnus of the JCPenney Leadership Program. After graduating in 2015, Brownmoved to Dallas, Texas and began working at Hitachi Consulting. In 2019, he transitioned from the world of consulting to financial services, when he became a financial advisor. Brown enjoys the opportunity to share his knowledge and passion for finance with others. He takes pride in helping others by providing them with an opportunity to achieve personal financial independence.

In addition to serving on the JCPenney Leadership Program’s Alumni Advisory Board, Colby currently serves as the Vice President of Price College’s Recent Alumni Advisory Board and is a member of the Adams Society.

Brown & his wife, Aarol, currently reside in Carrollton, TX.

Stephanie Robertson

Stephanie Robertson is a 2016 graduate of the Price College of Business, holding a BBA in Energy Management. Following graduation, she worked for Shell Oil as a Contracts Representative in Houston, TX. She has since shifted into a career in influencer marketing as a Senior Commission & Analytics Analyst for LTK, formerly RewardStyle, located in Dallas, TX. In her current role, she assists with ensuring content creators are being accurately compensated for their branded content by providing analytic support.

During her time at OU, she was a Price Ambassador, a member of the JCPenney Leadership Program and the Energy Management Student Association.

Stephanie currently resides in Dallas, TX where you can find her working remotely from anywhere with wifi, launching her non-profit book club for incarcerated men, practicing yoga, taking a trip, or spending time with her friends & family.

Jonathan Gibson

Saidy Herrera is the Multicultural Officer at the Oklahoma Historical Society (OHS), where her primary responsibility is to develop programs and outreach initiatives to create bridges of communication and cultural exchange opportunities for all Oklahomans.

Saidy is a Guatemalan born and raised in a fusion of Spanish, Mayan, Mexican, and Afro-Caribbean cultures. Her tri-lingual Spanish, English, and French education continued in New York, California, and finally, Oklahoma.

Selected among the top 50 Honorees Making a Difference for the 2020 Women of the Year by the Journal Records. Mrs. Guatemala for Oklahoma 2021-2022. The inaugural Top 40 Hispanic Leaders by the Oklahoma Hispanic Institute. An alumnus of the OU Community Scholars, the National Education for Women in Leadership, and the Business JCP Leadership Program. Recently inducted into the Class 2024 - OCCC Alumni Hall of Fame. Invited as a delegate to the United Nations by the We All Are Human Foundation for three consecutive years.

Saidy is also a lifetime United Nations Association—USA member, an executive coach for Serve 2 Perform in the Midwest region, a statewide Leadership Oklahoma member, the Vice Chair of Guatemaltecos en Oklahoma Association, and a volunteer with other local community organizations. She enjoys traveling, reading, photography, and a good cup of coffee.

Stronger Together: Community and Fellowship

Gregg Coldiron

Saba Sandhu graduated from the Price College of Business and the JCPenney Leadership Program in 2021 with a degree in MIS and minors in Spanish and Accounting. After graduation, she went to work for Paycom as a software developer for almost 4 years before she made the recent transition to working in healthcare. Now she works in healthcare administration, specifically with Urgent Care. 

During her time at OU, in addition to being a Peer Trainer in the JCPenney Leadership Program, Saba also served as president of the Muslim Student Association, was in the Multicultural Business Program, and served on the Vice President's Advisory Council while being on the 2021 Homecoming Court.

She continues to love going to OU football games and spending time with her friends and family while staying local to her hometown of Norman, Oklahoma. 

Mansi Patel

Rebecca Miller is a consumer-minded, strategic marketer with over 20 years’ experience in the corporate restaurant and retail industries, and deep expertise in franchising.  In 2022, Rebecca founded and now operates WE Thrive Marketing, which helps restaurant brands by providing Fractional Chief Marketing Officer services as well as consulting support within the Marketing, Digital, Menu Development, and Business Strategy space.  Prior, she served as Chief Marketing Officer for Smoothie King and has held leadership roles at brands like Pizza Hut and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina.  Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and remains active as an alumnus in the JCPenney Leadership Program.

 

Mansi Patel

Blake Bowersock began his consulting career in Dallas, TX in 2003 and spent the first 13 years between Accenture and Ernst & Young supporting global clients in planning and preparing for workplace disruptions driven by organization and technology changes. Bowersock has extensive experience in the resources and financial services sectors. He has been dedicated since 2017 to the retail industry, building client organizational design (OD) capabilities to advance areas of technology, merchandising, digital, eCommerce, and corporate functions.

Bowersock graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA, studying international business, German, and legal studies. He recently re-entered independent consulting and is the Owner and Organization Design Consultant at Wishbone Consulting LLC , based in Charlotte, NC.

Bob Keenan

Keyana Simmons is a traveling Technology Consultant with EAG Services located in Houston, TX. She has held multiple roles that were all influential with helping her in her current role. Within her role, she leads and coordinates system implementation projects, software migration, overall project management efforts and most importantly she is the mastermind behind starting a book club at work to help consultants have better experiences with everyone around them.

Keyana is a 2016 Price College of Business graduate where she earned a BBA in Management Information Systems and Energy Management. During her time at OU, she participated in the JCPenney Leadership Program, Price Ambassadors, Energy Management Student Association, President of the Student Business Associate, Price College Service Day Chair and a participant on the 2016 OU Homecoming Court. Currently, Keyana serves on the JCPenney Alumni Advisory Board.

When Keyana is not traveling for work, she’s home in Dallas, TX where she enjoys trying new recipes, traveling domestically and internationally, reading, writing, spending time with family and working on entrepreneurial pursuits.
