Hours of Operation: Open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday in accordance with the university holiday schedule and campus closures. The payroll lobby is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Payroll Tax Information
Answers:
- I did not receive my W-2. How can I receive a new copy? If you are a current employee, you can access your W-2 on the Employee Self-Service website. If you are no longer employed by the university, you can pick up a copy in the Payroll & Employee Services office, NEL Building, room 244. You may also request a digital copy by sending a request via the Contact Us - Payroll comment form portal. Requests for current year W-2s will not be accepted prior to February 15 of each year and are processed once a week. When submitting requests in writing, please include your date of birth and the last four digits of your SSN for verification.
- I am no longer an employee. How can I get a copy of my most recent W-2 or paystub? - My W-2 does not reflect my Social Security and/or Medicare taxes being withheld, is this an error? Social Security and Medicare is also called FICA tax. The IRS permits certain students to be exempt from paying FICA when they work at the college they are attending (Internal Revenue Code 3121(b)(10)). Student Employees & FICA Please contact our office if you are not a student and Social Security and Medicare taxes have not been withheld.
- I can't get my W-2's or paystubs to open in PeopleSoft? You may not be able to open your earnings statement PDF in Employee Self-Service if your Internet browser's pop-up blocker is turned on. Turn off the pop-up blocker or temporarily disable it by pressing and holding the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while clicking the PDF hyperlink.
