As Curator of the History of Science Collections, my work focuses on expanding the holdings of rare materials to build on current strengths and to address emerging areas of research interest. Other research and creative activities engage the history of geology, science and religion, visual representation, and science education. Current projects include a new History of Geology archive, a Thomas F. Torrance Oral History project and other endeavors related to Torrance, the skytonight.org digital project, and the lynx-open-ed.org site for educational resources.
