Transfer Year Experience
Student Life provides many valuable resources to transfer students, which include the Transfer Student Advisory Board, Transition Times e-newsletter, the Transfer Leadership Class and a Camp Crimson experience for transfer students.
Camp Crimson
This summer "camp" experience will get you started off on the right foot. You'll meet other transfer students, current student leaders, learn OU traditions, become familiar with campus AND learn about so many of the opportunities available to you as a new student. It's a wonderful launching experience to get connected, get a sense of campus comfort and get excited about the upcoming academic year!
Housing Center Student Association (HCSA)
All residents of on-campus housing are members of HCSA, which is an organization dedicated to programming, advocacy and service for every student living on-campus. Residents can get involved by attending your individual center's Resident Student Advisor meeting on Mondays at 9 p.m. to learn more about HCSA and ways you can be more involved.
University of Oklahoma Student Association (UOSA)
UOSA is your student government. Each branch aims to represent your wants and needs whether it is through legislation, activities, or as a voice among the administration. Click here to learn more about getting involved in UOSA.
Campus Activities Council (CAC)
CAC was created to be the programming board of the university that designs and initiates campus-wide events for all students. CAC now programs 13 of the most exciting events on campus including Howdy Week, Homecoming, Dad's Day and Sooner Scandals.
Two key places on campus that can help you get started are Student Life and Leadership and
Volunteerism.
