Starting Your Leadership Journey
You may be wondering why it's important to develop leadership skills during the college experience.
Actually, it's a very critical aspect of any student involvement role you may choose, as well as an
expectation future employers will have as you enter the workplace, even via an internship or summer
job prior to graduation.

Continuing Your Leadership Journey
Leadership may already be an important part of your life and now you're looking ahead at how to
continue your leadership journey in the college experience. If so, there are numerous programs
available on campus that may even expand your view of leadership and how you can further develop
your leadership knowledge and skills.
