The Asst Vice President & Registrar oversees Enrollment, Bursar, Records, Admissions, and Financial Aid for students studying at OU-Tulsa as well as facilities and classroom scheduling for OU-Tulsa. The Asst VP & Registrar also handles student retention and candidacy processes for Tulsa Graduate College and serves as the Tulsa Institutional Research representative.

The Admissions officer is responsible for undergraduate and graduate admissions.  This position works with International Students for check-in and documentation support and undergrad recruitment.

The Scheduling coordinator handles all request for classroom space for academic events such as scheduled courses and departmental meetings.  This position also works with the Office of the President & with Marketing & Communication on scheduling meeting spaces for internal and external special events.
