Institutional Review Board (IRB)
IRB serves as a resource to OU faculty and staff for information on research education requirements, application forms, and project approvals and reviews.

Office of Research Administration (ORA)
ORA serves as a central resource to OU faculty and staff for all aspects of research and for processing service contracts. The office provides information regarding funding sources, proposal submissions, budget reviews and more. ORA reviews, negotiates, and executes all basic research, clinical research, public service, professional service agreements and most provider and affiliation agreements. The office is the institutional liaison on all research administration and service contract matters and has Institutional signature authority for grant submissions and industry sponsored research. Any research grant proposal with financial requests must be routed through the ORA SoonerTrack II online system, now available through Self-Service.

Office of Research Services (ORS) - Norman
The primary purpose of the Office of Research Services (ORS) is to support research within the University community. The ORS has responsibility for pre- and post-award research administration including financial administration on the University of Oklahoma – Norman Campus, excluding those sponsored programs funded through the College of Continuing Education. Units reporting to the ORS are Research Information Services, Proposal Services, Research Administration, and Post Award Financial Services. The ORS is the institutional unit authorized by the Board of Regents to submit proposals to and accept awards from external entities for financial support in the form of grants, contracts, and cooperative or other agreements.
Oklahoma Shared Clinical and Translational Resources (OSCTR)
The OSCTR provides clinical and translational resources and infrastructure to investigators.

Qualtrics
Qualtrics is an online survey tool that delivers customized surveys for our educational /research environments. Qualtrics offers the ability to create professional surveys delivered via email to a desired population with responses collected directly for import into spreadsheet and statistical software packages, such as SPSS. Free training and support is offered to the OU Tulsa campus.

Staff not affiliated with an academic college may contact the office of Human Resources. Alternatively, anyone with a valid OU or OUHSC email address may create a limited account from any of the logon pages listed on http://tulsa.ou.edu/qualtrics.html (the link to do so is underneath the prompt for username and password).
Qualtrics provides extensive online help, and online training. This is a hosted service by Qualtrics and they offer free technical support for all OU Tulsa staff and faculty. Contact them via phone 801.374.6682 ext. 6800 9am-8pm ET or email support@qualtrics.com.

Submit your information to be stored in a database and regularly run against sponsor or CRO requests for qualified investigators with expertise in specific therapeutic areas and disease specialties.
