The Master of Public Administration (MPA) is the preferred graduate degree for a career in public service. The MPA program at OU-Tulsa fosters a deep understanding of government institutions, stakeholders, and processes, enabling our graduates to pursue a multitude of career paths in federal, tribal, state, and local government, as well as the the nonprofit, education, and private sectors.
Like an MBA, but for those interested in improving the public good. Designed with working adults in mind, the MPA program emphasizes flexibility and accessibility. The Tulsa campus offers MPA courses in night, weekend, and video conference formats. Most students complete the degree within two years.
