The 2022 OU Tulsa United Way campaign is here!
We have been a proud United Way partner for more than 25 years. We are invested in our Tulsa area communities and choose year after year to make a significant impact in the lives of Oklahomans through our United Way partner agencies.
It’s never been easier to support United Way – payroll deduction, cash, check or credit card are all acceptable means of payment. If you haven’t yet made a commitment, we’re asking you to step up on behalf of your neighbors and friends who need help throughout the community.
How to Give
Complete and return your pledge cards to your United Way Ambassador on Tuesday, November 1st
Use the OU-Tulsa Online Giving page to donate directly to Tulsa Area United Way
Participate in the online silent auction that runs from October 24th-Nov 4th
- Employees receive a jean pass for minimum of $5 donation
- Order pumpkin-grams for a $1 donation each. These small parcels look like jack-o'-lanterns and contain candy. You can order them for yourself, your co-worker, or even your whole department! This form will need to be filled out separately for every pumpkin-gram you'd like to order. Each pumpkin-gram requires a minimum of $1 to be donated to the OU-Tulsa United Way campaign.
Please submit payment for your pumpkin-gram using the online pledge site or filling out a pledge card, and then forward a copy of your receipt to Bethie-Seay@ouhsc.edu (cover any sensitive information). Online pledges have a minimum donation amount of $5. For orders less than $5, donations will need to be cash using a pledge card. Payment confirmation must be received by noon on Thursday October 27th for your pumpkin-gram to be delivered on Monday October 31st. Payment instructions will be shown again after submitting this form. If you would like to place a bulk order, you may contact Bethie-Seay@ouhsc.edu.

Campaign Kick-Off
- Check out the promotional video from your campaign co-chairs
- Pumpkin-gram orders open! Send a cute message with in a pumpkin box to a co-worker or yourself. Delivery will be on Oct. 31st. Orders accepted until Oct. 26th at 5PM.
- Silent Auction opens! Get a jumpstart on your holiday shopping or just treat yourself. Auction will close on Nov. 4th at 3PM
OU-Tulsa: United Way Campaign Kick-Off
Professor Paws & Comfort Canines
- Professor Paws & Comfort Canines will be in the Library for a relaxed activity with puzzles and snacks
Festival Day & Jeans Day
- Stop by Stuart Square for pumpkin decorating, treats, cornhole & outdoor fun
- Get your pumpkin-gram orders in! Orders close at 5PM and will be delivered on Oct. 31st
- Jeans Day! Jeans Passes are available with a donation of at least $5.

- Check your emails for instructions on how to participate in a spooky digital scavenger hunt.
