Pantry Challenge Ready for Prime Time
Thank you to everyone who has submitted ingredients to the OU Culinary Medicine Pantry Challenge!
In the first two installments, Chef Valarie Carter shows viewers how to use the bag of black beans you probably have on a shelf somewhere to make two different tasty meals. She demonstrates different ways to use whatever seasonings you have on hand and ways to substitute for different items. She also answers a viewer question about Chinese five spice.
