Student Success Program

The Student Success Program at the OU-TU School of Community Medicine recognizes strengths and offers support for medical and physician's assistant students. Its goal is to support students' academic advancement, wellbeing, and holistic development.

Counselors provide opportunities for student development collectively and individually, empowering academic, professional, and personal success. They collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to develop a holistic approach that addresses observed and self-identified obstacles. The Student Success Team assists in identifying academic resources, developing professional skills, and providing emotional support to help students reach their highest potential.

Current students can schedule appointments by using the Student Success bookings link and selecting staff or by contacting counselors directly.

Referrals are considered a positive intervention and can be made by faculty, staff, or peers on a student's behalf by contacting Rosanne.
