We have a variety of spaces available for rent on the OU-Tulsa campus to accommodate business meetings, lectures, presentations, banquets, weddings, and a variety of other events and gatherings. Each rental space comes fully equipped with standard presentation equipment, although guests will be required to provide their own laptop. We do allow guests to use the caterer of their choice. Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer. No linens are provided.
The University requires all third-party users who rent space on campus to obtain either an Event or General Liability insurance policy for the day of the event.
