We have a variety of spaces available for rent on the OU-Tulsa campus to accommodate business meetings, lectures, presentations, banquets, weddings, and a variety of other events and gatherings. Each rental space comes fully equipped with standard presentation equipment, although guests will be required to provide their own laptop. No linens are provided.
We offer the flexibility to work with the caterer of your choice. For events serving alcohol, service must be provided by a licensed caterer, and University Campus Police are required to be onsite. Additional fees will apply for these services.
Events held outside of standard campus hours will also require Campus Police presence, resulting in additional costs.
To ensure a safe and secure experience, all third-party renters are required to obtain an Event or General Liability insurance policy for the day of the event.
