The people I work with are outstanding. I never know what I'm going to be doing from day to day. My job stays fresh. I'm from Norman and have always been an OU sports fan. It's cool to see how the sausage is made.
Pay and benefits. It's a great job, don't get me wrong, but if there is anything I can do to improve our staff's compensation I'd like to try and get it done.
