I love working in our diverse OU community. I work with so many wonderful people in such a kind and helpful environment. I worked for many years in the private sector, and over the last 15 years, I feel OU has given me so many more opportunities to advance, better pay and better benefits.
Working for the staff as a Senator means a lot to me. I am able to help ensure staff voices are heard and try to make a difference in our OU community.
I am serving on the Staff Awards Committee and Staff Week Committee this year.
Outside of work, my passion is rescuing and caring for senior dogs. I am hoping to open a non-profit when I retire for this purpose. I love OU football, basketball and softball. I attend games when I can, but I always watch them when they are televised.
