Attention OU Faculty and Staff:
We welcome your requests and questions to reutilize or re-purpose available surplus items from the OU Property Control warehouse. These items are free for reuse by your departments, and we hope to make the transfer process as convenient as possible! All submitted requests are processed in the order received and are subject to availability. We invite you to view photos of current inventory or to visit the Property Control warehouse. Photos shown are updated frequently. Feel free to give us a call or email if you have any questions on item availability, or to schedule an appointment. Please check our regular hours of operation.

Monday through Friday
7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Only University of Oklahoma Faculty and Staff are permitted
Please bring valid University ID
Property Control is closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
