Xuhui "Nick" Pan

Xuhui (Nick) Pan's main research interests are broadly in asset pricing, especially in the economic implications of financial derivatives, investment, and risk management. His research has been published in the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Financial Economics, and the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, among others. His research work has won several awards, including the Best Paper Awards from Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) in 2014 and the Dong Energy Prize for Best Paper from the European Financial Association (EFA) in 2012. Prior to joining OU, Pan served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Tulane University, where he won the Dean’s Excellence Teaching Awards in 2017. He received a Ph.D. in Finance from McGill University in 2012.
