The University of Oklahoma offers a comprehensive Gas Compressor Short Course designed to equip professionals in the natural gas industry with the fundamental knowledge and advanced techniques necessary for efficient and reliable gas compression operations. This program focuses on key areas such as engine and compressor performance, maintenance strategies, and safety protocols.
The OU Gas Compressor Short Course is committed to providing ongoing professional development opportunities. Each course offers a tailored curriculum that addresses the evolving needs of gas compression professionals. By attending these courses, participants can stay in the know of the latest trends, emerging technologies, and industry challenges, all taught by industry experts and professionals.
While working in a lab setting, instructors will demonstrate current diagnostic methods and repair techniques on equipment. Each participant will have the opportunity to apply and practice the newly learned skills.
All participants who attend the 68th Annual Gas Compressor Short Course will receive a Certificate of Successful Course Completion from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, 1.8 Continuing Education Units are provided upon verification of attendance in the 18 hours of class held during the conference.
