Registration Fees

The registration fee for participants is $612 and includes two lunches, two break services per day, access to our Casino Night reception, and a course path of your choice. Early bird rate of $535 is valid until July 1, 2026.

The exhibitor registration fee is $650 and includes one booth attendee with a course of choice. Early bird rate of $550 is valid until July 1, 2026.

The "Bring a Buddy" Discount Everything is better with a friend! Register in pairs and you both lock in a special rate of just $551 per person. It is the perfect way to ensure you have a partner to help implement what you learn back in the field. Both registrants must use one registration form.

The Full Crew Group Rate Sending the whole team? Smart move! For groups of five or more registering at the same time, the rate drops to $520 per person. This is the cornerstone of our pricing plan, helping your company maximize its training budget while ensuring everyone has a chance at this professional development opportunity. During registration, ensure all five or more registrants are on the one registration.

Cancellation Information

Cancellation, Refund & No Show Policy

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on July 28, 2026, will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after August 4, 2026, or for non-attendance of the conference. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed. Cancellations must be received in writing by email (cdguthrie@ou.edu). Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Directory Information

We attach great importance to protecting our attendees' personal data and maintaining privacy. We will not sell your personal information to outside parties. Attendees' directory information will only be shared with participants of the event, including other attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. By registering for this conference, you consent to the use of your directory information.

Certification of Course Completion

All participants who attend the Gas Compressor Short Course will receive a Certificate of Successful Course Completion from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, for those interested, 2.0 Continuing Education Units are available upon verification of attendance during the Short Course.
