The $545 participant registration fee includes two lunches, break service, and a day course of your choice. For participants, an early bird rate of $495 is valid until July 31, 2024.
The exhibitor registration fee is $595 for one booth attendee with a course of choice. The early bird rate of $545 is valid until July 31, 2024.
The fee for the second booth attendee is $495 (the fee includes the course). Subsequent booth attendees will be charged $300 to register.
All participants who attend the Gas Compressor Short Course will receive a Certificate of Successful Course Completion from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, for those interested, 1.80 Continuing Education Units are available upon verification of attendance in the 18-hour class held during the Short Course.
Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on October 4, 2024, will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellation after October 14, 2024, or for non-attendance of the conference. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email (lmartinez@ou.edu). Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
