The University of Oklahoma's Corrosion Control Course provides comprehensive and fundamental training for Corrosion Control personnel, including Methods and Instrumentation or Corrosion Assessment and Control.
The OU Corrosion Control Course aligns with the educational standards and requirements set by the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP). To provide continuing education in corrosion control, a specific curriculum has been developed for each track. These courses could assist corrosion control personnel in receiving the latest developments, trends, and operations in this field.
The OU Corrosion Control Course will provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) necessary for professionals in the industry to maintain their credentials based on the AMPP accreditation requirements. Those participants wishing to receive a Certificate of Completion will be required to attend the entire track of their choice. This level of certificate indicates the recipient has expanded his/her knowledge base and skill level. Additionally, 2.0 Continuing Education Units are provided upon verification of attendance during the conference.
