Fees

The registration fee for participants is $550 and includes two lunches and break service. Early bird rate of $500 is valid until March 24, 2025.

The exhibitor registration fee is $600 and includes two lunches and break service. Early bird rate of $550 is valid until March 24, 2025.

Cancellation, No-Show, & Refund Policy

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on June 9, 2025, must pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after June 13, 2025, or for non-attendance at the Institute. You will be billed if registration fees are not paid before the cancellation or no-show. Cancellations must be received by email (lmartinez@ou.edu). Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Directory Information

We attach great importance to protecting our attendees' personal data and maintaining privacy. We will not sell your personal information to outside parties. Attendees' directory information will only be shared with participants of the event, including other attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors.
