He leads a team that delivers core IT offerings like networking and telecommunications, data center and infrastructure, enterprise applications, data services, as well as a full range of academic and research technologies, software development, project management, and user support. Under David's leadership, IT has prioritized significant improvements in cybersecurity, enabling the university to effectively manage cyber-risk, compliance, incident detection, and user training.
