Forgot Your Password?

You can reset your password in the following ways:

Resetting your password using the OSCER Self-Service website

Please Note: The screens have changed slightly since the last account manager upgrade. Please follow the text instructions below.

Very Important: You need to click on 'Continue' in order to get your security code sent.

  1. Go to
  2. Click the Forgotten Password link

  3. Enter the following information:
    • Your OSCER username; click 'Search'.
    • The email address associated with the OSCER username
      NOTE: The system will only accept the email address that was used while requesting the OSCER account.
    • Click the 'Check Answers' button

  4.  Very important: Click Continue.  Your security code will not be sent until you click  Continue.
  5. Upon verification of your OSCER username and email address, a temporary code will be emailed to your email address. Copy and paste this code into the window, and click Check Code.

  6. Enter your new password and click Change Password

  7. You will be taken to this screen. Do not close the window or navigate away from the page.

  8. You will finally see this screen. At this point, your password has been changed, and you may now use this new password to log into the OSCER systems.


Resetting your password via Email

You can also obtain a temporary password by emailing OSCER support. Please note that the self-service website is the preferred and fastest way to reset your password. If you are unable to use the self-service website, please follow the steps below to obtain a temporary password:

  1. Send e-mail to asking for your password to be reset.
  2. You'll be contacted to find out where to call to get your new password.
  3. Once you have your temporary password, please IMMEDIATELY change it.
