After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a journalism degree, specializing in Public Relations, Lee Reynolds moved to Houston where she worked in the bank marketing field for eight years. Lee then moved to New York City where she worked for three different advertising agencies as an account manager on various financial services accounts, including Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Four years later, Lee transitioned to the custom publishing field where she spent 30+ years managing sales territories and sales teams in the financial services and healthcare industries.
Lee’s next opportunity came as the Director of Development for a cancer survivorship non-profit in Connecticut. In 2015, Lee returned to her hometown of Norman, OK and her alma mater, the University of Oklahoma’s Gaylord College as a fundraiser for four years followed by a community and alumni engagement role at the college which also included impactful work for and with Gaylord College students.
Lee retired from OU in May, 2023, Lee relocated to New York where her daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters reside.
Lee continues to be active in Gaylord College as a member of its Board of Visitors and is an accredited member (APR) of the Public Relations Society of America.
