His research program focuses on organizational and leadership development within the context of changing demographics. Looking further into leadership frameworks, behaviors, and organizational ecology, his research encompasses various diverse populations, such as migrant, immigrant, and other diverse underrepresented racio-ethnic populations.

Research Interests

His research program centers on the impact of high-leverage practices for student learning, the ways in which language teacher agency supports these practices, and examines how teacher language proficiency contributes to this work.
