Senior Lecturer
Bill is a senior lecturer and formerly the Rainbolt Family Endowed Presidential Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. He is the founding director of the Center for Leadership Ethics and Change, (ou.edu/education/clec) an affiliate body of the international Consortium for the Study of Leadership and Ethics in Education (CSLEE) of the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA). Bill received his Ph.D. in Educational Theory and Policy from The Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Frick's research program focuses on several lines of inquiry including the philosophy of administrative leadership, education policy and politics, and broader cultural studies focused on the intersection of identity and schooling.
